You are welcome here
Come, let’s open the Bible
There are stories to discover and wonderful questions to ask. Take your time. We’ll begin together.
Let’s find a story
A Bible reference is like a little address. Try Luke 10:25–37 with someone who can help.
- Luke tells us the book. Look for it in the contents page.
- 10 tells us the chapter. Find the big number.
- 25–37 tells us the verses. Follow the little numbers.
Who stopped to help?
Read the Good Samaritan together. Listen for the person who needs care and the person who chooses to help.
Let’s wonder together
Who was kind? How might the hurt traveller have felt? What could kindness look like in our own day?
Let the story become a prayer
Thank Jesus for the people who care for you. Ask him to help you be a caring friend too.
